January Embers is a marriage of hops that come together for coconut, lemon and subtle ginger spice flavors reminiscent of a tropical mixed drink.

Melon and lime on the nose are followed by a mix of flavors that is both coconutty and fruity. Sweet impression up-front with a lively carbonation on the finish to balance out the sip.
