Now Is The Time is our attempt to capture the essence of the beautiful spring season through the bright resin and citrus flavor of locally-foraged spruce tips. Brewed using pilsner, wheat, and rye in the grist that were grown and malted locally, this beer is truly an expression of Denmark.

The dry hop of Now Is The Time includes Chinook BBC, Simcoe and Citra BBC to compliment the natural flavors of the spruce, and the light spice of the rye malt.⁣
