Solemn Cycle is all about the balance between coffee and beer, making for a greater whole with a blend of roasted flavors of cocoa powder and dark chocolate along with caramel and nutty toffee.
Solemn Cycle is brewed using various coffees from around the world brought forward by a smooth and creamy mouthfeel.
Solemn Cycle has been brewed without the use of dry-hopping. Omitting the dry-hop is normal for certain styles of beers that focus on malts, yeast or adjunct profiles.
In these beers, bittering hops are added in the kettle to provide a background of balanced bitterness.
