Timber is based on silky water chemistry and a pillow-soft and dreamy malt bill that pave the way for a grape profile steering towards Pinot Gris with assertive heady diesel notes.

Flavors follow in a drenched medley of ruby grapefruit, orange and lime. On the finish is just the right amount of bitterness to balance out the residual sugar, making for an integral part of the construction of this beer.
