Opening the doors to our brand new cold room

June 2, 2021 — Greve, Denmark

Beer should be stored cold at all times.

This is a quality parameter - and a house policy - that we have been adhering to since we started brewing at our current location in Greve, Denmark.

Since 2018, we have kept our beers cold at Alefarm Brewing. In practice, however, this has been quite cumbersome to achieve over the years. This was caused by the fact that cooling at the brewery used to happen by way of a cooling container. Such a container is small, narrow and does not allow for easy rearranging of beers.

Luckily - or rather, completely according to plan - we have now opened the doors to our brand new cold room.

Our cold room has been built inside the warehouse. It measures 160 square meters in total area and with a height to the ceiling of 3 meters, this is a dream come true for all of us at Alefarm Brewing.

The new cold room makes everything so much more smooth. Just the fact that we are able to drive into the cold room in a truck is of immense importance and makes for a boost in warehouse management efficiency.

Beer should be stored cold at all times. As of today, this is made possible with our brand new cold room. What an amazing development this is.

All the best,
